Apple issues?

I've been trying to add iphones and ipads to c2k wireless with no success. It either says unable to join network or it just goes back to the home screen. Is anyone else having this problem?
I hate Apple!

WiFi - c2kwireless - i icon beside the name and then turn off private address

( Had to do it to majority of the staff iPads when they came back after the summer but yet the class iPads were fine and they were off all summer.

for some reason it worked after about 50 attempts. I knew about the privacy setting but this wasn't the issue. I have no idea what the problem is!
Apple sucks!
