I've been trying it all morning on our NovoTouch board.  There are so many "Miracast" apps, none of which seem to work.  The video of how to cast from a Pro to a Promethean board looks effortless.  Unfortunately, all our boards are NovoTouch from iMex.

I'm in the same boat here - all IMEX NovoTouch panels.  Apparently there is a workaround coming - with a video how to guide (NovoTouch boards have built in Miracast I think) but the issue is they are on C2K Wireless whereas the Surfaces are on C2K Managed N.

Another "work around".  Can't things just not "work".  I was aware of the issue of the seperate networks but I got the impression from C2K's video that Miracast releaved that problem.

Go to NT settings on your novotouch and tap the c2k wireless tab. Change to the top option. Think it is miracast and apply. Go to surface pro and hit window key and K. It should mirror

Thanks Jim Bob.  We got it sorted.  Our boards needed to be up-dated first.  Once up-to-date into NT_Settings and Wi-Fi showed the Miarcast option.

Good stuff. Getting the hang of the board at the minute. Our place getting them installed gradually.
Was exporting multiple page documents into Notes from my drive today in order to be able to write on them during lessons. Rubbing out with the palm of your hand isn?t  the greatest idea I don?t think. Thru should he be come up with something better

We've got one of these in on a trial basis at the moment. Seems a great job. I'll be trying to push for getting these in gradually to replace our projectors
