Laptop rebuilds?

Is anyone else having an issue with Client Builds on the HP ProBook's?
Every time I send a rebuild it gets as far as the Symantec Automation screen and goes no further.
It's very frustrating that it wastes 2 days then having to log a call for an engineer to call out.

sometimes a reboot helps at that stage.

Happens here all the time, we just log a call and c2k clear the queue and send a new build through.

C2k told us it was probably software glitch and should be fixed when our servers get upgraded.
