small dent in case where laptop fell from lorry. 
lol, no. Bought from a work colleague who didnt want to spend on fixing a hard drive, which i have now done. also went and bought teh recovery discs, before i managed to salvage the recovery partition and recreate the stupid discs anyway...more money wasted,..bah!
