OSX Profile Manager
« on: November 17, 2014, 05:54:43 PM »
I've been administering a Mac suite for some time in our school quite comfortably via WGM. In the past I had attempted to use Mac Servers Profile Manager but could never get it to work properly. Devices  initially enrolled and profiles installed manually but I always had trouble pushing things out automatically (it always got stuck on pending). Since upgrading to 10.10 I'd love to get the most out of PM. Has anyone here got it working effectively? I always resort back to WGM and think the trouble actually stems from C2K blocking ports but now curiosity has got the better of me.

Our Mac Server is going through the legacy port on the C2K server and our two switches are connected via a legacy port on the C2K switches and we don't seem to have any issue with our two mac suites. It should take no more than a phone call to have that done.
