Pesky Print Queue
« on: October 16, 2012, 10:23:50 AM »
I have two documents sitting on a networked Canon CNi865. Whatever I try they won't clear for me. Any advice. I know printers aren't supported but would they clear a queue from their end? Cheers.

hvae you tried switching the printer off and clearing the queue or disconnect the network card and add the printer locally to machine/laptop and clearing the queue?

Yes Aaron, I tried clearing it with the printer off, unplugging it, attempted a reset. haven't added it locally yet, i can try that if you think it might work.

Im not sure if it will but possibly worth a try if the queue is actually stuck on the printer if not its on the print server in which case it has to be cleared from there.

It was just a thought
