SIMS examinations organiser

I'm having a problem here today whenever someone tries to export the exam results broadsheet on SIMS Examinations Organiser they get the options of TSV, CSV, QRP etc. 

Only QRP is working - CSV, TSV etc is saving ok but isn't appearing in MyDocs, external drives or whatever - it's not even being hidden or anything. 

Has anyone else experienced this & know how to resolve? 

It worked perfectly last week for the AS/A2 results - just hit the problems today.

Oops - realised what was happening.  The results should be exported to CSV before the broadsheet is displayed.  The option when the broadsheet is displayed is active also but doesn't work.
