yes its possible to pick one of the settings, if you get a teacher to click on configure at the welcome screen and then pass over timetable from the left panel to the right that should let them see there timetable, we had a couple of problems with timetable which even know this was up it didnt show any information but just reapplied the timetable and it sorted this out. Also just to check that the weeks are all correct because sometimes if you work on a 2 week timetable it can have the wrong week.

Just got lumbered with adding users to Sims have had a quick look at the package it seems overly complicated, just to assign permissions is a nightmare.

But as its connected to a computer I instantly know all about it ::)

hehe always the way, i have found not to add new users to the sims system until they have been added into personnel system, if you add them to sims and then they are added to personnel then it adds two accounts, we had that problem with a VP were i added him before he came to the school so everything was working then when he was added to personnel it added another account in sims with this we had a problem with him seeing his timetable in sims also timetable was a problem. Just a tip make sure they are added to personnel first then sync with sims.

We had the same issue here last year and quite a bit of time was spent trying to figure that one out  :(
