can roving users see the shared area?

some of our roving users can see the shared area and some cannot. Are they supposed to see the shared area or not if from another school?

The users who cannot see the share, have they been added to the roving user management program? If not they can still log on but with even more restrictions than roving users who have been added.

yes all students have been added to the roving user group. Some can see shared area and some cannot.

For Learning Resources, check the properties of each resource. For 'Groups that use this resource' there is a group 'Roving Students'
