Hi guys!

is it possible to add a former teachers classlist into a new teachers sims account? We have a teacher who just left before easter and now his replacement would like the class lists added in to save him time. Is this possible? cheers! I have asked c2k about this but they still havent got back to me  ???

Surely this would be a job for the teacher in charge of timetabling. He/ she has control of class lists in sims.

A timetabler needs to make a change to the timetable in NovaT6 (by changing the teacher in the teacher database).  Then a curriculum transfer is done from T6 to sims.  If the teacher has been added into sims and the staff code for them in T6 and sims is the same, then sims should automatically pick up  the teacher and they will have the correct class lists.

see told ya! I know nothing about that part of the system as it is all handled by the timetabler. Or to put it another way in this school it is not part of the ICT technicians area of responsibility. Dont know about your school but I am sure there is someone paid as timetabler.
