removing the restart option in xp

i have a few users constantly restarting machines after each class, when they should be logging off
 
is there any handy tweaks to remove the restart option ?
 
i dont want to be regediting, im too lazy!

You can do it using a group policy i think.
While there is still a need for teachers, there will still be a need for us!

9 out of 10 voices in my head say "DONT SHOOT !!!!!"
