The computer  I did my O'Level on. Ah the memories :) I'll take a look around and see - I'm still finding BBC Micros in cupboards around the school.

Kev, I had a chat with my HOD (he was my computers teacher back on the 380z) and he can't remember ever throwing it out so give me a few days and I'll get back to you.

wow! excellent news casper!

Its not like it'll be hard to miss  :D

I have a feeling that this might now turn into a "what was your first computer?" discussion....

Thanks again Casper, us founding fathers must stick together  :D

By the way, I have 6 ZX81's, 2 Spectrums,  a QL and a Commodore 64 at home... does that make me strange, or an enthusiast? I can never decide.

May not be excellent news - he can't remember throwing it out but that's not to say that someone else hasn't. I'm continually finding bits and pieces stashed away in cupboards all over the school, so I take a look over the next few days.

Kev I'm afraid it's bad news. I've looked everywhere and I can't find it. I've even asked the caretaker to keep an eye open over the last few days and still no luck, sorry.

No worries Casper. I appreciate your efforts.

If the care-taker doesnt know where it is then its doubtful that anyone does  :D

There are very few about these days (380Z's not care-takers), but hopefully someone out there has one buried in the back of a cupboard or propping open an over-heating server room door.
