Does anyone have this package allocated on their network?  We have sent the forms off twice with serial numbers - one before the first rollout and the other was sent last month and still there is no sign of this package on the system.

Yes, we had the software deployed within about two weeks of sending back the initial form.  The instructions for setting it up arrived by email.
