Anyone know how to change the printer for automatic print outs?

I don't know the system at all and can't find anywhere to change settings or anything.

Sorry, I have taken one look at Alice and that was enough to scare me off.  Only going to learn that evil looking package if I am forced at gun point.

Quite a lot of reports from Alice need to be saved as a RTF document, which you would then open and print.  It is truly a very clumsy system

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realise that what you heard me say was not what I meant.

Some segments of Alice pick up the default printer from the workstation so you need to have the default printer set to whichever one you want to use.  Circulation uses this method.  When you get to the overdue segment it's a bit more user friendly and once you have set up the info required you are given the choice as to which printer you want to use.
