there are lots of files and folders i cannot rmove. Staff who have left the school and password proteced folders are a problem. I have asked capita about how to remove these folder and files but no response as yet.

I just sent an email out to all staff and told them to get rid of all no essential files, or I would
Seems to have did the trick as we're up to 52Gb free. I'm also backing up any old sh1te I can see and removing it as well.

Has anyone started the data cleansing? Any issues when removing files and folders from the shared and staff areas?

We have a vape guardian and cant get it to go, I have talked to Capita and it would have to be assessed. Ithink at the minute we are seeing if it can sneak out to the internet via the circuity camera system!!!

Know its probably a long shot but if anyone has a Chromebook trolley they are looking rid off perhaps we could reach a financial agreement  or perhaps does anyone have a cheaper soloution to the Unicab trolleys?
