Contract caterers

We have new contract caterers in school. Do they get a c2k account to be able to access the canteen software? we are using Infineer and Midas.

Our kitchen staff have usernames for doing whatever they do

We?re Midas/infineer but EA kitchen

Our head of catering has a c2k account. We're also MIDAS/Infineer

Did you create a special account or give them a full c2k account with personal username? I have created an account called   acanteen
as a non teaching staff member as they do not exist on Sims.

ours was non teaching as the office had them on SIMS
