Identify Manager ios

Can anyone get identify manager to work for password resets in iOS. If so what browser are you using. It would be so much easier carrying an iPad about and doing it there and then when requested.

when it was first released i used to but after a few months it stopped working and i havent been aple to do it since. even though i use a standalone machine daily on our legacy to reset all passwords when im in the house i cant do it using a laptop/android or ipad device
