laptop batteries

anyone bought batteries for the Tablet style C2k laptops? Contacted the sales team but got no reply.

HP Pro x2 612 G1

I was told by Capita that the batteries are consumables and are not covered. The managed service catalogue people couldn't be bothered to get me a price for replacements. I have ordered a battery to see about fitting them as the tablet battery is in the screen part of the computer. Capita looking ?75 to send Engineer out to fit it.

if Capita says we invalidate warranty by opening their managed devices and fiddling about inside them....

Then surely these tablets warranty is invalidated once you open it and install a battery ?

In which case, they should be covered "under warranty" under the "Managed" purchase agreement ...?
(U know who!) ...They fix one thing and break six more in the process !
