Username and date on footers
« on: April 25, 2013, 10:41:15 AM »
This was covered in a topic somewhere but I cant find it. Anyone else find where this is done on macs - I need to turn it off as when you convert word to pdf it goes thru a print spooler and I am getting usernames on exam papers.

Stephen are you sending all print requests through a Mac server? We've got a MM set up running ML and I enabled the option to print usernames in the footer within the Work Manager preferences app. You may have to disable this in relation to your designated printer, either networked or PDF.
