Printer showing offline status

I know this printers are not supported anymore, but has anyone got away around the offline status showing?

have you tried hitting the green button that usually switches between online and offline?

ipconflict maybe? we had this with one of our photocopiers

on the print queue its showing offline status , no jobs are getting through, printer is ready status,

network card fault we have the same here the card has a fault in it try removing and restarting printer then adding the card in again or your going to have to change it.

The 615n cards are know to be faulty. Try a cold reset on the network card. This might buy you a few weeks maybe a month or two.
Buy a new card - not a 615.
