Yes it has a client install which i installed manually on each machine but was very easy to get setup as long as you keep the teacher key.

you install on the teachers computer first that then creates a master key so put it in a share somewere on your network. Then installed again on each client but this time dont select master select client install it will then ask for the location of the master key (Teachers computer for that room) point it to the location of the key and that should be it.

Only run 1 master key per room so use the teachers computer as the master then all over computers are used as client's

I have 3 rooms setup running it and it worked first time as long as i remember to save the key somewere on the server in seperate folders which ive named by room number. so for instance room 327 only the teachers computer can see all computers in that room and room 329 only teachers computer can see the computers there 329 cant see 327 and vice versa.

If you have tried installing the master to all machines it wont work right the master must be the machine that you want to be able to view all other computers from and then the clients must have the client install with the right master key associated to them

i have been using the italc to.  once you get it set up for one user you can copy the config files over to each users local "local settings" to save you manually adding every machine for each teacher that uses it

not sure to be honest when i was installing the software i didnt have any problems under admin account as long as the master key was not in my documents but somewere on the main server.

have you tried it on another workstation just incase its a problem with that station?

i Think this is how its done, (its been a while)

* log on to the master machine as teacher no 1, add all machines in that room, log off
*log on as admin copy italc folder from copy teacher1 application folder ( in my case its \\servername\profiles\teacher1\application data\ )
and paste it in to the same folder for teacher2

* you may need teacher 2 to log on and run italc for their first time before pasting the above folder in as it may get over written
