It does work ! EXCELLENT
 
Now I know SFA about VB so this may not be the most elegant ...
 
but I now have a Word doc with 2 macros......
 
1 called printpage1 and the other called printpage2
 
so I open the doc
goto  (LOL) Tools>Macro>Macros
 
select printpage1 and Run
 
then put the resultant printouts in the printer (the right way round)
 
select printpage2 and Run

dang ! ... small problem ....
 
it loses the top of the table boundary lines  :-\
 
which I'll leave to the teacher to sort out his page set up in SIMS.

Do the same here using a 2300 DN printer (which is due to be replaced by C2k).  Also give the office staff access to the networked colour photocopier for printing the reports.

They came with C2k we have 4 of them on our network  ???
 
We squeeze the reports onto a double sided A4 sheet

So how the fuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh did you get allocated those from c2k
 
we have monochrome 4200s and colour 5500s neither of which do duplex.
 
who did you have to sleep with?

We have 2300 printers as well as 4200 and 4600 here.
