Wow, good on you mate! You must be fitter than the proverbial butchers dog! I'm struggling to run a mile without stopping never mind 24 (or whatever it is....)
Maybe you could give us a few hints or tips?
Here are some of my own:
Don't smoke while running, you may feel slightly out of breath afterwards.
Pretend that you opened a C2K workstation and broke the motherboard and a gaggle of Northgate engineers are running after you with screwdrivers and pink forms in their hands. This will improve your running speed.
Try not to think about what you are doing, you will run faster and further with your mind elsewhere. Funnily enough this works during school hours too....
