Managing ink supplies

how do you manage ink supplies?



im having trouble keeping track of every printer in the school/ what ink i have for them, how often they would normally go through a toner cartridge, and how many to order for the term



may just be cos im only here a matter of months but im wondering if any oen has had the same problem in the past.

My management of ink can cause problems sometimes - like today I ran out of Magenta toner for the colour printer and the deadline for alot of coursework is today  :twisted:

I usually allow 3 sets of toners for the colour printers (HP4600), 3 toners for black laser printers (HP4200) and 7 sets of ink cartridges for the Epson A3 printers
