Got a station that if it is restarted it will work ok, if you just shut it down you cannot boot it. You have to switch it off at the wall for around 30 seconds before it will boot again.

did you try n rebuilt it. after about 30 secs even the ram is cleared, where as if it is restarted there is still data in the memory.
its a strange one but you will need to find out if it is software or hardware related
