SchoolComms issue with browser

We are just starting with SchoolComms and the help screen tries to open internet explorer to view their help site. Any one else have this issue and how did you fix it? SchoolComms saying its up to the school to sort out.

Help button on website takes me via chrome.

Help button on the actual program takes me via IE.

Dosen't even display the link to copy into chrome.
