Clearing Print Queue
« on: September 10, 2020, 10:08:23 AM »
Is there a way to force clear a print queue without having to ring C2k all the time?

When I try to clear a print queue, I always get the message 'access denied'.

Thanks

If it is a printer not on your list of printers in control Panel add it manually by going to control panel Devices and Printers then add printer, click device I want wasnt listed, select the shared by name type \\DENI-fs01\  then select the printer from the list and add it to your own computer. Then just go and clear the printer queue as normal.

Where DENI is the school deni code.
