HP 5550 no power

Our main HP5550 will not switch on (I have checked the obvious). I've checked the HP website and it seems a number of faulty parts can cause this problem. Has anyone else came across it before? and if so where did you order the parts from?

I read that thread myself. Not sure whether to order the mentioned parts and see which one fixes the issue. The alternative is the pay Northgate ?150
