So is anyone sore? How did you do? We had a mix up at the first change over that cost us a half hour but other than that it went well.

We got a mix-up with the organising teacher and so never got going  :(



Ah well, at least my legs were saved from the torment.............



I think we are going to try another run instead, someone said that there is a 10K run coming up in June.....

I had a great day, finishing in 3hrs 11 min. which was much better than I had hoped for.  A lot of people in Ormeau Park as we were finishing walking on the course and had to dodge people, dogs and bikes which was annoying but I enjoyed the whole occasion and am so pleased to be back at work today walking up and down stairs all day.
