Tracking Faults
« on: March 17, 2006, 03:54:01 PM »
How does everyone in here keep track of their calls logged?  Currently I just use a paper-based system: date, time, problem, resolved etc.  I hope to move to a database system in September.

The QSMDaemon emails are pretty useless - they are very general and don't include a description of the fault.  Also it depends on the call logger what category your call falls under.

I usually don't have that many calls to make so I tend not to keep any records. Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing  :?

I don't think you're stupid, I think what you do is stupid.
