Title: Assigning students to classes

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could help me. I usually go into focus-school-academic structure by student and just click on the subject choices in each block for the incoming year 13 students after they are interviewed. When I go into this the students have been added to the baseband and the option blocks are all there but the screen is completely greyed out. This is the same with all year groups. Have I done something wrong with dates? I have tried a few things but can?t get it changed to allow me to add the students although if I click on it it will add the students to the appropriate class but just doesn?t show up the way it normally would with the line showing membership. Thank you.

Sounds like the timetable hasn't been made active yet, The Timetabler should do this.

Try going to Focus-Student-Student details, find a year 13 and click on them.

Then in the link menu on the right hand side go to Student Curriculum. Choose academic year 2021/2022.

Then try assigning classes/schemes that way
