Title: Huawei and Outlook

Hi.

This one's just for fun... and testing.  HoD has a Huawei phone and up until last week was able to receive, read, and send work emails using the Outlook app.
Now, he can receive the emails, but it crashes the app to the home screen if you tap to open the email to read it.

I've checked his account with another make of phone and it works.  Just wondered if anyone has heard about a problem with Outlook and Huawei, or if someone has a Huawei phone to stick Outlook and work account on to test.

i just upgraded to  a huawei last week and mine is working fine. you could try adding the account on to the default mail app instead of the outlook app as I had done Outlook first then realising it didnt display my outlook contacts in the phone book so went down the mail app and its working away.

Thanks for the reply.  The default app gives an error message too.  Work emails on your phone... no-one needs those extra unpaid hours in their lives   :laugh:
