Title: Win10 High Contrast

Hi Everyone,

A few members of staff are having difficulties with high contrast mode turned on every time they log in.  A dark background with black text appears, which the users are getting fed up with.  I can change it back manually (CRTL ALT DEL and select high contrast)  but with staff moving from room to room it is turning into a bit of a hassle for them.

I have tried contacting c2k who advised the resetting profile but this did not solve issue.

Anyone any ideas?

Hi

contact the help desk again as there is a windows 10 update that fixes this issue. The fix is applied to the school server by capita. I had the fix appled a few weeks ago and no more contrast issues

Can confirm, this update fixed ours too. It was a major PITA
