Title: Data Extractor for Contact Group

Hi Guys,

Has anyone had any experience installing the Data Extractor for the texting service Contact Group?  Apparently it needs to be installed on the MIS Server.  Do we even have authorisation to do this?

Do you have a member server?

if you do you can install sims on it and install the software there.

If not log a call with the helpdesk.
