Title: Survey Monkey

Hi guys,

I need a little help here.  We have signed up to the Gold Plan on Survey Monkey but they will only send us a Proforma Invoice.  This means we have to pay before we receive the upgrade and the board won't pay that sort of invoice.
Do any of you guys have an upgraded account for Survey Monkey and if so how did your school pay for it?

We had the same issues here.  In the end we had to do a direct bank transfer via our local bank branch.
