Does anybody know how to customise the establishment name and logo on the welcome page? This has been with the implementation team since October!

You cant change it, as far as I know only the Establishment name can be changed and you log a call with the helpdesk for that. The problem is working out who does change it, my HoD said he got his changed in his last school, he thinks northgate do it but cant remember. Consequently I have just logged a call with the helpdesk and I will let you know if I have any luck.

I got mine changed. The page is held on your multimedia server and the address is \\"YOUR DENI number"-mm01\RMManage\Web Components\EasyLink\Default2.htm   (or at least it is in mine). Unfortunately you do not have permission to save changes to the file so you have to get a northgate engineer to log into a machine in your school and change the web page. (This can be done remotely). I suppose if you had the graphic ready of the school badge and you were nice to him/her you might be able to get him to stick it on for you.
