Title: HP colour laserjet 2700n

Can anyone please help?!
We have a hp colour laserjet 2700n in our youth wing and for some reason it has started to print a full page of yellow on the background of each print out.
Is there some setting that some smart alec has changed?

We had something similar on our HP4600's with Magenta.  It turned out the toner cartridge had a problem (looked like it had melted slightly!) and was acting very very strange.

I don't know the 2700 but if there is a diagnostic menu can you disable cartridge check & move the yellow cartridge to another colours slot & see if the issue continues?

Got it sorted. I don't know what the problem was but taking the yellow toner out then putting it back in made it work.
