When it becomes available is anyone upgrading? Or will you wait until they iron out the bugs and then upgrade next time?

I will probably update mine at the weekend. I might try it on my iPad before I commit to the upgrade on my iPhone.

I know or have a feeling on my iphone 4 its going to cause it to run very slow (slower) than it is at the moment but that will just twist my arm into getting a new phone

What about school iPads? Is anyone going to make the jump or is it just asking for work early on?

The reason I asked in the first place :)

Not going to update them unless asked.  I don't get paid enough to make these strategic decisions :)

Put it on one of the iPad minis we have there. I like it. I will be updating the other iPads we have to this in the hope it makes managing them easier.

Majority iPad minis. Have some iPad 2s also.

We have around 50 iPad 2s and to be honest it'll be up to the individual user to upgrade it, and they do so at their own risk :)

Do you manage your ipads or let the end user have full control?

Looking at a MDM (Mobile Device Management) at the minute and will probably end up managing all iPads through it.

we only have 7 ipads at the moment, i had a meeting yesterday with the principal, and all the important teachers in the school showing them how the ipads worked , and how the apple tv works. she decided to trial them in the science department until xmas then another deptarment after so i have to order another 16 to bring us up to a class set, i will be managing the all of them using a school itunes account and apple configurator and the teachers one will be left up to them and i have one for myself

i want to put ios 7 on mine but i will be using it to train the staff so i dont want it to be different
