Title: Another HP5550 fault

One of our HP5550 has a jam in tray 2 error message 13.01.00. I have changed the tray from another working HP5550 but the problem still exists. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I don't have one of those but when it comes to paper jams in the trays I generally find that a pickup roller (or 2) need replaced.
