Title: Problem with username

when i try to reset a password or create an account for a new user the following message appears



New user

A system error occured ref (2236)





Any ideas

Is this just for one user?  Can you run a health check on your users folder.  Check your server for disk space etc.

i found a kind of solution on the web.  It wouldn't allow me to change passwords or create a username.  Kept throwing up error message with a ref number.  



It had something to do with certain file.  Solution like many other was to restart the server after school.



Server is find now.
