Title: sims and printing registers on new hp4015

 i had a problem yesterday where the office could not print out registers, as the printer- printed out the first page and then an error on all the remaining page.
 
it had something to do with sims register program not liking the pcl 6 drivers so northgate had to install a universal printer driver which sorted it.
 
im just posting in case any one else has the same problem.

Yep Gerard I had the same problem here on Monday glad to know that northgate have a fix for it  ;D

Yes same problem here. When they made changes to the office printer the other HP 4015's started playing up but they deleted and reinstalled all the HP 4015's yestersday and it all seems ok now.
