There probably isnt a way to do this, but does anyone know of a way to make a log of everytime someone prints something on the printers on the C2k printers as we are getting a problem with some pupils printing vulgar things and insulting things and unfortunetly we have no way of telling who did it.

would like to know myself... on our 2.4 network i always catch the individual using the event viewer.. hopefully c2k have a similar sort of thing

If you had access to the C2K server, there would be a log there which you could check by referencing the time of the print out. However, us plebs are a security risk and are lucky they dont install electrical fencing around the servers just incase we touch them.
Other than that, you can monitor the print queue by opening Printers and Faxes and select the printer and choosing 'see whats printing' from the left hand menu. It only shows print jobs currently processing and jobs in line though so you would need to be on the ball to catch the offender red handed ( and still, you would have no proof unless you took a screenshot of the print job in the queue).

just keep logging calls for it, all you need is printer name and aprox time C2k will then save the log in your area
they will soon get fed up checking print Ques
