How does everyone in here keep track of their calls logged? Currently I just use a paper-based system: date, time, problem, resolved etc. I hope to move to a database system in September.
The QSMDaemon emails are pretty useless - they are very general and don't include a description of the fault. Also it depends on the call logger what category your call falls under.

I usually don't have that many calls to make so I tend not to keep any records. Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing :?
