Hi.
I have a teacher who can't open MS Outlook from the taskbar or appstore. It's coming up with a message to say that it can't open the default folders.
It's on a newly unmanaged Dell 760. It was working until Crapita starting firing out all their updates last week, and now it won't open, and they're as much help as a hole in the head.
I've removed the teachers local profile and run a gpupdate.
She can open the OWA email on the computer.
She can open Outlook on other computers.
Crapita has said I can try a local rebuild but if it screws up then they will have nothing to do with it.
Does anyone have any fixes or suggestions? Surely there must be a way resolve other than a rebuild?
